Hi everyone, adventure and style enthusiasts! ✨ Autumn is finally here, with its gentle freshness and the irresistible urge to set off and discover new horizons. Even if it's back to work for some, we've thought of you with our guide to going on adventures in nature to rest your mind😊


Organising a Weekend Hike: Quick Guide🏕️

 

1. Plan your route

Distance: 15-30 km over 2 days. Signposts: Use applications (Komoot, AllTrails) and maps to follow your route.

2. Choose where to sleep

Bivouac: Light tent, suitable sleeping bag, check local rules. Refuge/Gîte: Book in advance for greater comfort.

3. Hydration and Food

Water: 2-3 litres a day, filter or tablets if necessary. Food: Light food (bars, dried fruit, dehydrated dishes).

4. Essential equipment

Clothing : Layers (base, intermediate, waterproof) Take advantage of our fleeces for maximum warmth and our Geographical Norway coats, all waterproof without exception :)!

Rucksack: 30-50 litres for the essentials. Safety: Map, compass, charged phone with external battery, first aid kit.

5. Pace of the walk

Friday evening: Departure, overnight close to the start of the hike. Saturday: Main day, moderate pace, stop before dark. Sunday: Shorter day, return late afternoon.

6. Respect for Nature

Leave No Trace: Take all your waste with you. Fire: Use a stove, respect local regulations.
